What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Drinking only calorie free beverages.

That commute sounds brutal. Can you eat while you're on the train?

It's sunny and warm. Out to complete the boy's dorm list. If it was up to him he'd bring some jeans and shirts and call it a day.

Going to the Indian buffet. Good for me because it is borderline too spicy. The family likes it.

For those on steroids...you have my sympathy. It's a weight gain med for sure. I hate that vibration feeling.

No in and out burgers in Seattle.

On fb I follow this group; grown and flown. All the boys' moms complain about lack of participation from the boys for the dorm decoration while the girls go all out. One of the boys didn't even want sheets, he just took a sleeping bag and his xbox. That's all he needed.

He's not bringing his xbox but he's been putting in some game time this week.

His request was.."I don't want all new stuff " His most desired item he's bringing is a bookcase he made in shop last year. I live in book world. He says he can't imagine living without one.

I had a groovy dorm room with matching cat comforters. We were the stars of dorm room cooking.

Sorry for deleting my last post. I put it on the wrong page. I also have one of those boy kids who can't figure out what the heck he needs. I chalked it up to teenage brain.

I could eat but I think that's a slippery slope for bad habits. I do crossword puzzles and listen to podcasts when I'm not working. It's not a terrible way to spend 4 hours a day :)

I was thinking if you didn't have enough time to eat at work. I ride the bus sometimes and those commuters come prepared!

It's only TUESDAY!!

I was scheduled to present this morning at 10:30...meeting was so far behind, I presented st 130. Not my favorite!

qotd - I think the hydration has been a key thing for me. I can really tell both from my "grey" outs and from how I feel overall when I'm not north of 100 oz.

So far I've had coffee with half and half x2, water with an emergenC and lots of regular water plus a chobani and a protein bar - dinner is up in the air depending on what I find at the airport.

Hope you all are having a terrific Tuesday

I'm at 17.6 miles of the 50.

QOTD- Logging my food and staying hydrated. Not that I'm always good at it-but I know it's what I need to do to stay on top of my weight.

Accountability not great but I ended up at 902 calories, 59P, 13F & 141C. I still can't seem to ditch those pesky carbs.

It's a beautiful day here today it's supposed to get up to 89, right about when I do my walk. I might end up delaying it I need to run my roommate to the car repair shop after work.

My best success with walking is to change as soon as I get home and head out the door. If I delay or think about it I'm less likely to do it. But with the 50 mile challenge I don't want to miss a day.

My roommate just got approved for bariatric surgery, he's the one that convinced me to look at it. I thought he would have it long before I did, but he ran into issues and had to start the process over. He has diabetes and this should help him to eliminate the insulin.

Have a great day everyone!
