What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning menu friends! No walk for Lily and I as it's raining here right now. Hopefully we can get something in later. Accountability was perfect for food yesterday but missed our long walk due to not feeling well with the poison ivy rash. Got a shot at Convenient Care yesterday and a prescription for prednisone for 15 days. The rash on my legs is better and not itchy today but my face is worse with both sides swollen and itchy today. It makes my whole face look puffy so I look a mess. Hopefully it eases up soon. Weight today is 122.2. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz deli chicken and cheese D 4 oz grilled bratwurst S if needed sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. The prednisone works great, but it makes me want to eat everything in sight. I had poison oak from working on a wildland fire and it was awful. I used to not be as sensitive but it seems the older I am the worse it gets. I hope the itching stops and you heal up soon.

Oh no! Poison ivy is the worst. Take care of yourself!

Good Monday morning! Looks like you had a fabulous time on your trip and happy belated birthday to you!! Have a great first day at your new job! I had a lovely weekend and I'm ready to tackle the week. Today I am getting my oil changed on my lunch hour then working late so no gym today. For some reason I can't wrap my head around Monday gym days anymore anyway...as long as I'm going 4x a week and active/busy the other days I'm okay with that. I tried some new-to-me salad dressings (Bolthouse yogurt) this weekend and I'm in heaven. Not a big fan of bottled dressing in general but these are fabulous and the macros are awesome.
QOTD - 11 years ago! My how things have changed! I plan to retire here eventually.
