What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
hi all
later posting from me! weekend was good but hot here. I ate pretty well yesterday but the last week or so has not been good for me. I've been a bottomless pit of food.
QOTD- June 10th this year. and man is it different... way less stress but I'm not liking this drive so need to find a house or whatever and get up here full time.
Food plan for today:
coffee
water
egg/veg bake
chicken meatballs with tomato and zucchini
falafel chicken meatballs with low carb tortilla, bean sprouts, and salad on it
not sure what else, need to log this and see whatever is left over.

I will be able to take the train most days now I think, so even though it's still just under 2 hours each way, I'm sooooo much happier!
I want your falafel chicken meatballs! They sound delish. Is it your own recipe?

Good morning and happy Monday! I have been away for a long time and the scale shows it. Not that being away accounts for that, eating my feelings and including alcohol probably do. So I'm back and I'm going to have to be here everyday to be accountable.
QOTD: I started my current job in Feb 2018, I really like it and am learning a lot, but have gained 30 pounds since being here. The cafeteria has been the bane of my existence and I've slipped into old habits. Going to have to pack my lunch and breakfast daily most likely to get this 30 pounds off.
B- 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 oz mozzarella chunks
L- salad with roasted chicken
D- 2 scrambled eggs
S- cherries
Totals: Cals-520; protein-60; carbs-26 (I will probably add a snack here, but I do need to shock my body so we shall see).
