Good morning menu friends! Lily and I have our 3.4 miles in and will do another mile after supper. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122.4. Who knows why?! I will keep plodding along and eventually the number will move down more. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 ox chicken salad D some sort of protein as we'll be at the in laws with oldest son from Minneapolis and his fiance(soon to be wife). They had to come down to get their marriage license for the wedding next month. They"re getting married in Springfield Il which is halfway between both sets of parents live. My father in law doesn't travel well so a trip to Minneapolis wouldn't have happened. They both wanted both families there so this was the solution. QOTD-I would like to make down to see the Redwoods before the summer ends. I know I saw them when I was a kid, but somehow I don't remember.

I walked 2.42 miles yesterday so I hope to make it 50 by the end of the month. I was a little high on calories yesterday 1062, 72P, 24F, 143C. I'll keep working on it.

Today I work from home, so much less stressful. I also have a counseling appointment and a hair appointment. So a busy day.

Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay!!! I've got a busy morning working with some facility issues/coordination this morning (we are getting ready to "right size" our current office) so I can't be in weekend mode yet.

Accountability: nailed it yesterday

QOTD: Em starts Monday so honestly it's just getting her ready for that this weekend.

B: SF latte, Eggbeaters, turkey sausage links and 1/2 an orange

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Iced latte dessert bar, protein chips and carbmaster yogurt

D: Birch benders pancakes, eggbeaters, turkey sausage, cauliflower hash browns, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Low carb pita with butter and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber and 40 mins of elliptical

Good mornig -TGI-Friggin' F! Enjoy your pool day! I would love to have a pool - someday maybe! This week has been crazy busy but taking forever to end. Today I have a Dr appt at noon and a ton of errands after work, so no gym and a chill evening. This weekend I have a lot I'd like to do around the house, but I also want to get out and have some fun too.

QOTD - With football season fast approaching, I feel this urgency to get in all the hikes I possible can. Plus beach time, I need much more!!

Accountability - great!

TSS 2 years, 8 months 170.5!

Today no gym, My hip is twinging anyway... Tomorrow I am hoping for aqua fitness - we'll see otherwise I will go to yoga. Havea great day!

Morning and happy Friday. I was supposed to take spin last night, but he subbed his class and I didn't feel like driving for the sub (sorry Kaily) then I was supposed to take 7 am spin but my back was really sore last night, so I blew it off. I can't remember the last time I took 3 days off in a week from exercise. I'm feeling really really guilty today. It's kind of a short day for me. Tonight is the annual Shakespeare by the Sea night so I have to drive from my office to Manhattan Beach. It's 29 miles, which during rush hour, could take me 2 hours. So I think my day will end around 4. Not gonna lie, that I'm not too sad about ending my day early.

QOTD: I have yet to make it to the beach. When i was off work, I wouldn't let myself do anything "fun" because I kept telling myself I was unemployed, not on vacation. Now I'm regretting that mindset, but can't turn back time. Maybe sunday. Cynthia, I want to join you for lobster dinner and boa****ching.

My plan:

B: 2 eggs scrambled with .5 oz mozzarella cheese

L: Chicken thigh

D: I made a greek pasta salad with shrimp. So it's spaghetti, shrimp, bell pepper, cucumber, tomato, onion, feta and kalamata olives (see below). I'll pick around the pasta.

S: homemade latte, cherries, I may or may not have a glass of wine at dinner.

E: None cause I suck.
