Hi everyone,

QOTD: Getting the damn scale to move!!!!! I've been at a stall for 7 or 8 months now and no matter how I change my nutrition the scale hasn't really moved. I wish I could be more physically active but my knees won't let me so I'm limited to swimming laps in the pool, not that it's bad thing but wish I could do more.

Accountability: On plan,

B: 4 oz Stew Leonard's turkey sausage, 1/3 small orange

L: 3oz turkey breast

S: 3oz turkey breast

D: 4oz grilled london broil, 1/2C broccoli rabe

S: ostrim meat stick

Qotd: WATER WATER WATER....i'm Having a terrible time with it. Everything seems to make my stomach upset and when it is it's hard to drink! I'm really struggling.

s:beef jerky, small slice of salami & a small popsicle
