Good morning and happy wednesday! Enjoy your vacation, JB and your birthday!!! We're almost birthday twins! I have nothing planned for mine. My puppers isn't doing well and I'm trying to spend as much time with him as possible, so bday plans are up in the air. Soooo, my wednesday is going to suck, I forgot my coffee on the kitchen table and my boss is here already, so that eliminates the ability to take an early morning walk to coffee bean. How will I survive without my mid morning coffee??

QOTD: I've got nothing. Does not being a colossal screw up at work count? If so, I'm not very good at this new hobby.

My plan:

B: either a costco egg bite or roast beef and a string cheese

L: chicken thigh

D: hamburger patty

S: I guess just my cottage cheese and blueberries

E: I meant to cancel spin for tonight and play it by ear since my back is really really sore, but I got involved with the pup and didn't cancel on time. My options are go and suck it up or pay the $27 late cancel fee. I honestly don't know what I'm going to do.

I hope you will go. I'm frugal would hate to see it go to waste. Also I have a friend who is a kinda dog guru her company is nature's farmacy in jasper Georgia she may be able to help with that pup if you reach out to her. She rejuvenated my dog when he had issues and I got 3 more great years out of him. Www.naturesfarmacy.com

QOTD- I have too many hobbies already, the last one was weaving. I bought an 8 harness 42" floor loom. So now somehow I have 2 floor looms the second one is an 8 harness 25" so perfect for throw rugs if I could ever get to it. I have two spinning wheels, I bought my own Kromski Minstrel and then my Mom gave me hers it is a beautiful Norwegian wheel, it has the red paint on the wheel. Uncounted raw fleeces in the garage, tons of wool roving, pulled sari silk (my favorite) and cotton, bamboo, alpaca etc... So I don't need anymore. I also have more tools than most men I know, I did my own laminate floor and trim in all 3 bedrooms.

I was pretty good yesterday and the scale rewarded me. 922C, 79P, 14F & 124C. I still need to knock off the gummy bears at night, but I'm definitely not close to perfect.

I'm counting my lawn mowing as part of my walking, it was about 90 degrees and after mowing I couldn't brave a long walk in the heat. It's overcast today so I should be able to get at least 2 miles in.

Have a great day of good choices everyone!

hey guys,
It's pretty busy at work this morning but I am sneaking away for a few mins here to post.
we leave for vacation also tomorrow YAY! I probably won't be posting while I'm gone but should be back Monday as long as it doesn't turn into a major crazy day of making up for all the time i was off.

Happy birthday to ALL of you guys lol...seems like there are 5 or 6 of you with birthdays in the next couple days.

QOTD: Story and I discovered rock painting at the art and soul on the fox festival last weekend so we went for a walk around the neighborhood and collected a bunch of rocks to paint. you can really paint whatever you want on them and she loves painting as much as I do so it was a perfect little project. then you place the rocks outside again in hopes that someone else finds them and gets a bit of joy from them.

Morning: lots of coffee w/SF coffeemate
B: 1/2C cottage cheese & 2oz black forest ham chopped up w/ebb seasoning and dill
L: more broccoli salad w/chicken (If we don't finish this today it's getting tossed out before vacation)
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: leftover bunless burger w/cheesy veggies
ES: hummus and baby carrots

everyone enjoy the rest of your week and have a fabulous weekend!
