Good morning! Your menu looks great JB and I'm glad to hear you foot is back to running condition. Enjoy your vacation! I've started to look so forward to Wednesdays now - my official swim day. Plus I'm off a little early so bonus for that. At the gym last Saturday, there was an aqua fitness class and the pool was jumping full of younger people and quite a few men! I'm used to seeing older ladies and only a few younger ones. Rob said he'd be willing to check it out, but I have a feeling that won't happen... we'll see!
QOTD - I have no clue what turning wood on a lathe is, lol! I'm not particularly creative, but I am trying to make a hobby of being active and organized or are those habits?
Accountability - great - I've been eating the same foods forever...
TSS - 2 years, 8 mo 171.2 Like Julia - I am going to tweak my macros but I will give it the end of the week at this level. I know I need to come down on the cals more :(
Have a wonderful day!
