What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Hello lovelies.
What a weekend, amirite? Today has been super easy food, take out because I had to be at work early and didn't pack breakfast or lunch. I would love to tell you everything was super high protein and super low fat but I am not a fan of telling fibs!
That being said, I am so excited that I was able to get in to see the nutritionist/dr from my surgeon's office this week, instead of waiting 3 weeks. I've been dealing with joint/muscle pain for weeks now, and I am curious for some answers.
I hope you all have a wonderful day, and week ahead!
Christina

My back is finally starting to settle down and feel better. I'm not using a cane today which is a huge improvement. I really missed going to the pool to swim laps this weekend but it was for the best.
