Worked again today 5 am- 3 .
B - Cappuccino skinny latte w stevia
lowfat lasagna brought from home ( too many eggs too many days ... every other offering is grossly greasy
l- Memphis style dry rubbed smoked ribs ... very lean . Learned how to make em three diff ways ..but all entail 6/8 hours smoking time ... controlling grill temp .. even I doubt I have this kind of patience in me . Side dish- contents of three egg rolls ( why eat the wrapper? ) a few pieces orange chicken a few bites of chicken Parmesan
Fresh pressed green juices ( 2)
munching on " skinny " Texas toast ( garlic bread w cheese)
red wine spritzer w pomegranate juice
