Hi everyone,
Came home from work early because my back still really hurts and wanted get the heating pad on it. Man, I really miss Advil at a time like this! More than likely I'm going to have to skip going to swim laps tomorrow morning. Swimming does help my back when it's sore but getting to and from the pool will probably do more harm than good. On on a positive note it does feel a little bit better than yesterday.
QOTD: Hawkeye from MASH.
