Good morning! Today is my sons 25th birthday and I'm off to spned to the day with him. We are going to lunch, a movie and doing some shopping. I am mentally prepared to stick to keto no matter where we go (which is still up in the air). I'm doing so well, I don't want to blow it. Yesterday I felts thin for the first time in?? Especially considering I weigh 172, but my clothes fit so well, l I loved my outfit, there was no rolly polly, snug, muffin top, back fat anything happening. Isn't that the best?

QOTD - On the Downton note, I know she is s ***** - really awful sometimes, but I loved Mary Crowley's wardrobe and life the best. She is so bad! I would always choose to be someone outside of who I am, like Blanche on the Golden Girls or Flo from Alice - The sassy, mouthy, hussy type, haha.
