Happy Fri-YAY! Let's see your pics!
I am still struggling with a sore foot but I am heading into Boston to meet up with my mom and we are going to see the Downton Abbey Exhibition at the Park Plaza Castle. They have rebuilt the sets and there are a ton of original costumes! It should be fun. We are going out to lunch afterwards, so I only have a 1/2 menu planned today.
My pics are a throwback to when Daisy was visiting and we went to the Newport Mansions (which are a lot like the Downton Castle). Here we are, all trying on hats and clothes at the gift shop!
Accountability: My cousin showed up unexpectedly with pastries last night. Whomp whomp.
QOTD: Which TV show character would you like to swap places with for a week? Since I have Downton on the brain, I am going with the Countess Cora Crowley. She seemed to have the best, most uncomplicated, life of the "upstairs" crew and I would love to be in her clothes and castle for a week.

hi all and happy Friday!!
ran by grocery on way home yesterday, didn't do gym. when I left work I was sooo drained! I found gizzards, chicken quarters, and riblets to cook, chicken meatballs, plus veggies and some sugar free jello were the highlights. remote today so I'm taking it easy.
did 3 miles at lunch yesterday. keep the sleepies off me for a little bit!
QOTD: I would say one of the 'housewives' what just go to the gym and shop all day...
should be leaving after work to go to the gym to lift and cardio.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do 2 more at some point today. Accountability was fair yesterday-great stepwise but I changed up super to a slice of thin crust veggie pizza. Not bad though. Weight today is 122 even. Here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 4 oz chicken salad D 4 oz cowboy burger(actually ground chicken) S if needed serving smart food delight white cheddar popcorn. Pics are from this AM. None of me--not awake yet.

Happy Friday!! Yesterday I kept thinking it was Friday and when I woke up, I thought oh, yay, Saturday. At least I realized it and got out of bed!
Have fun at the Downton exhibition! Are you ready for the movie? I think it comes out soon.
qotd - any of the hosts for the cool history shows like Lucy Worsley who hosted Empire of the Tsars. They get private access to so many cool things and I bet they get to touch them too!
Having dinner at a friends so we can help her pick out new flooring, so that will be fun! I'm making a proteiny dessert that I've put together in my head from several recipes - ricotta + handful of crystallized chopped ginger + greek yogurt + lemon juice and vanilla, layered with blackberries and blueberries and frozen. I am thinking I should have gone with a sweeter yogurt like vanilla but I'm sure it will be fine.

Yes! I am so excited for the movie. My parents are going to be in England when it comes out and will see it there! They are trying to figure out if it is worth it to get all the way over to the castle because tours will e closed for the season and its unclear how much you can be on the grounds when it is closed...
Also SUCH a great answer to the QOTD. I would love to be one of those hosts. A friend of a friend managed to get a gig as a host of travel show that focused on little known islands that was on for a few seasons, and I thought that was brilliant.
