Exercise?

It might be helpful for you to think in terms of activity, rather than exercise. A lot of folks do great without ever going to the gym or doing formal exercise.

Be more active. Take stairs instead of elevators. Park at the far end of thge parking lot. If you have been sitting for a while, take a walk around the block.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

I do a lot of exercise in Florida cuz I have amazing exercise buddies there . Pretty much daily walking for several hours with a super -witty gossipy politician who knows EVERYONE and is a voracious reader so is absolutely fascinating . I swim a mile every other day , do beach walks , hot yoga and 3x a week water aerobics taught by my friend .

They say the average New Yorker walks six miles a day ... I think I walk more cuz I skeeve the subway lol.

In Long Island it?s pretty much beach walks and ocean swims ... though I?m planning to start kiteboarding more regularly . I also sail and kaya****asionally . I insist my twice weekly therapy take place on the hiking trail too - weather and ticks permitting :)
