Good morning everyone. Yesterday after work I was so tired. I debated taking a nap, but instead, I got up and went on a great 4-mile walk with my husband. Its feels good to be able to walk up hills with little effort. I felt great afterward. I may not be where I want to be, still trying to lose 25 lbs and get to goal, but I feel good and I have come far!! I feel strong!!
Yesterday afternoon, I was feeling munchy and wanted something crunchy. I ate a green bell pepper. I was eating it and laughing to myself. I have come far!!
QOTD- I have questions about my mother.
I need to go grocery shopping, but I am holding out until Friday when I meet up with my daughter. Living 45 minutes from a decent grocery store isn't all it's cracked up to be! We have food, just nothing exciting. So, I will forage.

2 eggs, 1/2 c. cottage cheese
Chicken salad made with onions, celery, and greek yogurt
Basil chicken sausage sauteed with cabbage
Frozen pineapple light and fit greek yogurt.
Lots of water and vitamins always.
