Nope nope nope. College is right around the corner and every night can be a coed sleepover, then. It's one of the perks of college. Til then--nope nope nope.

Mornin'!

It's another beautiful, sunny, high-70-ish day out there. I need to get out and walk sometime today, esp since there aren't any classes at my gym or yoga studio today that particularly interest me. I may take the bus downtown this afternoon and walk around there - I need to pick up my new prescription sunglasses *anyway*, so I might as well get some walking in while I'm there.

QOTD: I can't think of any...

4 years 1 month out:

B: protein pancakes topped with 1/3 C plain Greek yogurt, diced half mango, and this yucky sugar free syrup (thought I'd try a cheaper brand - nope - it tastes like nothing! Back to the expensive one..), coffee with half & half

MS: i have my short story class this morning, so I'll take a protein shake or bar with me

L: cottage cheese or yogurt plus salad with light balsamic vinaigrette

AS: raw veggies with ranch Greek yogurt dip and/or L&F yogurt

D: shredded beef with grilled zucchini

have a great day, everyone!

Good morning ~ I'm going in to the office late today so I though I would get on here early. I think if I could do it over I would choose a school year schedule career! Though I don't think teaching would be my thing at all. I like the idea the year ending, being off for christmas break, spring break and summer, then starting over fresh each year. I think I'm living vicariously through you JB. Enjoy the game and those heavenly biscuits!! Keto has been great and I feel good. I just need to keep it fresh and interesting so I don't fall off. I wish there was more info about Keto after RNY so if anyone has any recommendations please share!

QOTD - we play what movie, who is that - or whose voice is that all the time - we get pretty competitive as if it were for all the money, haha

Accountability - Ended up have tea last night, it was like drinking dessert - so satisfying - yum!

TSS 2 years, 8 months 174.2 - better

Gym tonight

Have a great day!

Yup - just keep doing what we're doing! I found one guy - a doctor who is IF and keto who did a 5 minutes video on keto/RNY it and it made sense until he started recommending odd supplements/therapies - turns out he was selling these products - okay buddy.

My first master's was in counseling and my second was in library science. In both programs, a gazillion teachers took summer classes. They wanted to get out of teaching but stay in a school setting - thus, school counselors or school librarians. One could always work in the school office, too....
