Morning all and thanks to those who posted encouragement. Unfortunately, the day got worse and not better. DW received a call yesterday from the carrier of her disability policy that they are ending her coverage because they no longer consider her disabled. According to her neurologist this is very common with insurance companies and while it is not correct based on the medical evidence, it will most likely take a long administrative process followed by an appeal to the DC insurance commissioner to overturn it. He is sure that we will win but it will take months/years of no income and attorney fees.... Of course life was so wonderful and DW was so happy and stable even before this....

Weight is up a pound and I need to focus on the basics again but it's really hard when nothing seems under control. Small steps.

Menu:

B: coffee x2 w/ Miralax, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patty

S: Carbmaster yogurt

L: turkey breast, baby carrots

S: CarbMaster yogurt

D: I have hamburgers in the fridge or TJ's chicken sausages

E: I plan to hit the gym at lunch for either some treadmill running or the elliptical depending on what's available followed by some ab work.
