Stacy & Kelly, send them my way, I'll finish them for you. I love to crochet.

What happened with this blanket is that at some point I dropped a stitch, so about the last 6 or so inches is more narrow than the rest of the blanket. Really all I need to do is rip out that section and fini**** The funny thing is I hate this blanket. I was making it for an ex boyfriend. I hate the color (he went to Oklahoma State so the blanket is orange . . . ) and he was tall, so it's pretty long. If I would rip out the offending section and just do the border it would be done.

I think it will remain unfinished . . . kinda like the relationship

I would be too embarrassed for you to see my work. I basically taught myself through YouTube videos. It's a labor of love that's for sure.

LoL...I taught myself too, on YouTube. It all started with a baby blanket for a neighbor.

I'll post a pic. If only I could convince my tall hubby that he only wants a lap blanket I'd be done. This thing is going to be HEAVY when it's done.

Looks soooooo nice!! Great job! I don't have the patience for big projects, that's why I keep doing baby blankets. Although right now I'm working on a cardigan that has me completely confused, because it's done in three pieces, and I don't understand how the pieces go together.

Thanks! Oh that sounds way too confusing, I don't think I could follow an actual pattern.
