Good morning everyone and happy Monday. I had a wonderful weekend. Lots of sunshine, family time and walks. My leg and butt muscles are sore today. Lots of uphill walking.

My son is heading to MEPS today. He has decided to join the Coast Guard. He will be gone overnight. He told us that he isn't going to go sign papers today, that he is just doing his ASVAB and physical. We shall see. He promised me that he would finish his degree first and not go until next spring. In the back of my mind, I feel like he has other plans.

I made chimichurri sauce on Saturday and sauteed it with shrimp and zucchini noodles. That stuff is tasty! I used the leftovers of last night on some chicken and sauteed cabbage. Lots and lots of flavor.

QOTD- I love the smell of my husband! He actually just left for work and kissed me goodbye. He smelled like moisturizer and men's speed stick.

Accountability-I ate 2 frozen fruit bars yesterday.. 15 carbs each and 60 calories. I have been so good with my diet and sticking to low carb. I need an option for when I want something cold and fruity. Maybe I can freeze a crystal light lemonade and make a slushy. I am putting them down in the garage freezer.

Food plan for today- lots of black coffee

Costco egg bites

I am going to try tuna again. I tried to eat it the other day and I could barely gage it down.

Grilled halibut for dinner, zucchini noodles sauteed in garlic

Tillamook no sugar jerky. ( love this snack, 140 calories, 28 protein, 0 carbs)

Just 2 yogurt if needed

I have been looking for some that doesn't have aspartame in it. That's all they have at our local grocery store.

I stole the idea of freezing my L&F from Amy, have you tried it with your two good yogurt? I bet it would be delish!
