Good morning! Happy start of the week!
I was shocked to read about the Gilroy shootings this morning as well, such horrible and insane events become all too common place.
Qotd - vanilla is my favorite, although I like lavender a lot as well! All my candles are some variation of the two.
menu today
coffee and tea, of course, goal of 100+ oz fluid
b - tried a blueberry cottage cheese, it was ok. Not as good as the cinnamon raisin but much bette than the "spice your own" version I made!
l - p3 pack and a light and fit
d - 4 oz ever roast chicken, 1 oz cheese
s -L&F greek
ex - did a series of body weight ex this morning (push-ups, crunches, squats) and will do yoga this evening

Its a brand called good culture. It's a little dryer, small curd than the carb master

I drove to wheeling West Virginia this weekend about an hour away to pick up healthy Kroger options and came home with a slew of carbmaster cinnamon bun yogurt, Cinnamon Raisin Cottage cheese I got the strawberry rhubarb kind too and I also picked up the Real Good poppers. I tried the bacon cheddar yesterday and they were yummy. I am surprised we do not have them in any of our supermarkets here in Pittsburgh. Glad the ride to wheeling is all highway and great scenery.

It's Monday again dear friends and I am so not ready for a new week.
Saturday was errands with an oncoming migraine, then an afternoon and evening with ice packs, nausea, etc. Missed my therapy session on Sunday morning because the pain came back, followed by a 2 hour drive in heavy traffic to celebrate my step-father's birthday with family. The birthday "boy" was out of control and I felt like the top of my head was peeling off. Another 2 hour drive home in very heavy traffic and an evening of ice packs and nausea not-very-nice feelings about my family.
Today I am working from home for a few hours until I drive DW to her therapist, a rushed workout lifting with my trainer, drive back to pick up DW, then rush to another frustrating appointment with her neurologist. Really just wishing I could stick my head in a hole somewhere for a LONG while.
Food hasn't been too bad because my tum hasn't been able to take much...lots of CarbMaster yogurt and Lactaid cottage cheese and trying to stay hydrated.
