6 week post op question

Thank you. I have actually never had a massage or any spa type thing before. So I think I deserve it. But just concerned about the obvious things I will be able to do at around 6 weeks. I have waited 7 years to have my surgery and I am hesitate to delay it. But then I won the sweepstakes and the date for that is set. Thank you for your kind and helpful words

I had my RNY surgery 3 weeks ago yesterday. I like to read in bed before lights are out. It's usually 10-15 minutes and I have no problem with my incisions. I have 7 incisions and most of the surgical glue has come off. The only internal pain I had was 2-3 days post surgery and that was the gas pain. I'd say at 6 weeks, you'd surely be able to handle a massage.
