Unjury powder

I second the Premier Protein ready to drink but if you're still pre-op, I wouldn't spend too much time right now trying to find out which one you like because quite a few people find their tastes change after surgery, along with what they can tolerate.

Injury is very good, but there are a lot of products just as good. If the label says 100 percent whey protein isolate (not concentrate), you are good to go.
Finding something high quality that also tastes good is important. I never cared for the premixed shakes, but that's my taste.

I never found a premade shake that I liked. I think Unjury is the best tasting, and it got me through the first few months, post-op! I mixed with Fairlife milk to get some extra protein. But it's expensive, so now that my tastebuds aren't so picky, I enjoy a lot of the Syntax flavors, and use those when I need a protein boost! Now I mix them with almond milk.
