Hala I usually don't directly reply to anybody but since you critizcized my eating habits first ...
I've read your posts on here for years detailing your serious health struggles and also your menus and food choices . My opinion is you're playing a very dangerous game with your body getting basically what sounds like 80 percent of your calories from fat . You're setting yourself up for diabetes ( excess dietary fat has been proven to cause diabetes not sugar ) Obviously your body is not happy with your diet choices which are extremely radical even for here .
You say a lot of things about my choices but I've never been unhealthy in the slightest in the last ten years nor before that really when I ate pretty much the same way when I wasn't binging .
And I do eat fat . My work makes me often have to eat out or eat catered food . I eat dark chocolate almonds pecans and hazelnuts smoked fresh mozzarell Brie with truffles sometimes avocados liverwurst even egg yolks ( though I'll eat three whites for each yolk ) . I've even been known to nibble on a barbecued rib or three :) I just choose my fats carefully and try not to eat carbs for two hours in each direction which makes the " fats " a lot less fattening . I want you to know dear Hala that I always wish you the best and am always hoping to hear that your health struggles are over .
