Mid nite snack-fat free breaded air fried broccoli about 2 cups ( made w ff half n half egg Panko crumbs)
b- wild caught smoked salmon slices
English muffin ( 3/4) red onion ff sour cream
chai tea skim latte sf
exercise - beach walk
l- mahi mahi shrimp and scallops in some kind of fat free sauce
maybe leftover fat free mashed potatoes or salad
d- air fried fat free eggplant Parmesan ? Salad
snax - fruit , homemade fat free coleslaw

There is nothing wrong with starting your own daily post if you want to be accountable for eating choices.
Your diet - including daily alcohol consumption, plus a lot of "franken" foods, chemically processed items that can't be even call "food" IMO, can be highly controversial in group of people who are trying to follow good, healthy diet. Fat free this and that, including fat free cheese, are basically chemicals put together, that try to imitate real food.
If there are people like you on this forum, you starting a new post every day can allow for a platform like that.

actually there is "science " that proves exactly that . I'm not good at finding obscure studies like you but there was one done where the lowfat eating people ate like twice the calories than the fat eaters . And were far skinnier and healthier . I think it was a self reported six month study back when Pritikin vs Atkins was the issue . ( a LONG time ago lol)?
but - I think I eat far more calories than just about anyone on the RNY thread without gaining... so maybe they were right .
I don't agree with you that dairy products made out of skim milk are frankenfoods . Fat free cheese slices are made out of exactly the same freeze dried fat free cheese powder that Velveeta is made with and full fat cheese slice singles are made with . It's just the binders that are different and I prefer mine without extra oil thanks .
Excluding me from a thread because doesn't agree with my choices is unfair bullying of the first order ! I'm being judged and punished ( it seems perpetually ) without a trial or even recourse or explanation . By a single regular poster who shouldn't be put in this position of power and if she had any fairness sense of justice or self knowledge or self control she would stop. This blocking happened since Tuesday ... huh ?
