What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Yeah so much for Friday
This morning was a little crazy. We are helping an Aunt catch a groundhog that has been tearing up her turf but found this cute little thing in the cage. Don't warry we are not cruel he is released and back with the family.
QOTOD: Here in the Pittsburgh region of Pennsylvania we are known for putting french fries on it. It is hard to get anything with out them but Primantis Sandwich started it all by putting all the side on the sandwich so it was convenient for the truck drivers to grab and go. I personally loved them as a drunk 20 year old at 2:00 AM but sober me was never a huge fan.
Accountability was great yesterday and the scale is creeping back down. Weekend are usually when I have the most success because I'm up and moving and not sitting that this desk all day.
Exercise I'll go to the gym for a half hour of elliptic.

I was in Philadelphia last week, and I had no idea "fries on a sandwich" were a thing! If I'd heard of it, I would have made sure my coworkers tried one. We did get cheesesteaks, I had one with cheese wiz and fried onions (no bun) and it was AMAZING.
