We did it! Another week is done! I hope everyone has an awesome weekend ahead!

This morning I have to bring these two little scoundrels to the vet for the annual check ups and shots. Here they are in my favorite picture of all time. This sums up their personalities, perfectly.

Accountability: Good, I guess, but it was a weird long day. I only had cheese whisps and a meat stick all day until dinner with my friend, who served a vegetarian salad and wine.

Photo this week: The view I had from my day spent in the hammock reading. Ahhhhhh.

QOTD: What food is your state famous for? Everyone always talks about Boston Baked Beans, but it's a myth as far as I can tell.

I need to go to the grocery store... Thankfully I have leftovers from our dinner out the other night, even if the carbs are too high...!

no pics for me today

I didn't make it to the gym, I instead binge watched on sling and relaxed and cooked some food. made a tofu veggie dish that turned out really low in calories like 113 so that is good. I didn't eat past my evening snack so that also was a win.

QOTD: well Georgia peaches which south Carolina really should lay claim to. most of the peaches come from there, we are actually the peanut state! Chattanooga is known for whisky and moon pies and little debbies... I have been to the store that sells the moon pies and gotten dh some!

food plan for today:

coffee

water

more coffee

tofu veggie

last of chicken curry?

not sure what else really

Moon pies, I used to love moon pies! Now I just love the moon pie account on Twitter, lol. It's a fair trade off!

Such cute kitties and your yard is beautiful!! So happy it's friday and ready for a break! This week has been long!

Weekend will be low key, some exercise, some cleaning, cut the grass, start Veronica Mars. Just what I need!

qotd - Colorado Green Chile is a legit thing but probably also game and buffalo. When I waited tables in high school, I always pushed Rocky Mountain Oysters as a local delight!

Accountability - I've been spot on plan the last couple of days.

ex - I did two Pilates classes yesterday and can feel every muscle in the abs and legs so probably just a walk.

menu today

coffee with half and half, tea and water to 100 oz minimum

b - 3.5 oz ever roast deli chicken, .8 oz provolone

l - cinnamon, ginger and cardamom cottage cheese

d - real good food poppers

s - L&F greek

i don't have any new pix this week so here are two of my favorites - the owl is my all time favorite that I've taken and the other is one of my favorite taken of me!
