-midnight snack - defrosted fat free veggie lasagna ( not. Y best moment )

b- chai tea latte

1/2 banana

l- Hungarian fish soup

fresh salad

d- dk maybe chicken Marsala fat free version w broccoli

snack - " fozelek " with zoodles ..... it's a fat free vegetable stew basically very popular in Eastern Europe made with chopped or processed vegetables ( green beans spinach broccoli pretty much anything works ) extremely healthy warm filling and practically zero calorie .

Workout - beach walk , shopping ( got a work convention this weekend gonna walk a marathon )

Liz I can't post there since I can't see the thread . If you could please ask the posters to check if I'm accidentally blocked or was even deliberately blocked .. I'm sure whoever is doing it doesn't realize they're excluding me from this daily thread . Unfortunately it's way too easy to use the " convenient " block button and we don't realize the consequences to the other person particularly if we forget to take it off . Ty !
