Sounds delish! I just posted above how my IP is sitting completely unused. Maybe I'll dust it off and try!

I didn't only because my chicken breasts were frozen so they had a lot of water that came out as they started to cook but if you start with thawed chicken I'd add a little water or broth just to keep it from sticking...just like 1/4C or so...sometimes if there's not enough liquid the instant pot automatically warns you with a "BURN" notice on the digital readout. The first time I got that warning I panicked LOL...really it wasn't burning anything, it just started to stick because I had not added any liquid.

Oh, that was me yesterday when I saw BURN sign. Total panic, turned the whole thing off, depressurized, and restarted the whole process with more liquid.

Good morning! Happy Friday-eve to all. Yesterday was crazy busy with trying to get some of the office stuff packed up in anticipation for the movers today (people have to move temporarily for a few months while they adjust or permanent space) so many months of chaos ahead but worth it to stay in our building. So today is catch up on all my day-to-day stuff I missed yesterday.

Good Morning JB and everyone,

The scale was not kind to me this morning for some reason. I don't really think I overate so it may be just a woman thing retaining weight or the salt in the pickles I ate last night.

I still have this cucumber dilemma. I picked about 35 after the gym yesterday and made some pickles but really what do you do with them all. DH won't just eat cucumbers unless they are pickled and I can only put so many in my pouch. Any suggestions besides giving them away would be greatly appreciate. I am sure there is another round brewing in that garden so in 2 weeks I'll be in the same boat.

QOTD: I use my I heart here at work. I love my play list. I don't subscribe I use the free version and it is more that enough. I also like my Comcast Xfinity one app. I am a late comer to game of thrones I'll be starting season 4 soon and If my workday is slow I'll put in my magic beats and catch and episode.

As for accountability I was good with water vitamins and exercise but there must have been too many snakes. I bought the blue diamond Sea salt Almonds and Blueberry mix and I also had a strawberry and cream Protein one bar. Up till now I really have not had to weigh and measure to get here but it looks like I may have to start to stay here. At least till surgeon lifts some of my physical restrictions.

Exercise I'll go to the gym for a half hour of elliptic.

TSS 1 year 8 months

B: Bariatric Advantage Iced Latte w/Miralax

CB: Dark roast coffee with Stevia and SF ID Caramel Macchiato

Everyone have a great day.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

There is a bunch of stuff you can use cucumbers for. I have made relish and a few different kinds of pickles. I've cut the cukes into spears and put red wine vinegar, salt, garlic powder, pepper on them and let them sit for maybe an hour in the fridge then eat them as a side dish with dinner.

Here this site might give you some ideas cucumbers
