That deck set up is great!
I love seafood, but for some reason it's one of the only foods that I have a hard time tolerating. It seems so moist and light but for some reason it gets stuck easily and I have vomited more grilled fish than I care to mention. I will literally never try salmon again... :( I'm fine with lobster through thankfully! Grim goes for fish and chips whenever we are near an ocean and I find that fried fish doesn't give me the same issues. Go figure. Lobster for the win!

Since I am taking you on my job ride - Here it is:
Bottom line is I have 2 weeks to get my sales numbers up.. fair. He's going on vacation and then a week of meetings at corporate. We will talk when he returns.
That being said it was brutal- He came in guns blazing, not directly all at me but I was in shooting range. This is a store corporate took over from a franchisee and they basically abandoned it to me and a 19 year old. No manager- what do you expect?
I grew up with a Dad who was first generation American of German and British parents. I know tough. Tough does not scare me. He didn't even speak directly to me for the first hour. He was there 3 hours. I consider it a gift from God no customers came in.
When he finally addressed me directly- I looked him square in the eye, shook his hand and said- I am so glad you came today. I said that several times during the time he was there... I won him over. In the end we played nice in the sandbox. He went from - I cannot make you manager to - I know this is not your fault- you have 2 weeks to get your numbers up. He bought me an energy drink. Ha.
Through the GNC grapevine one of the managers who is close to him told me he spoke to him after he left and he said he liked me. Ha. Can not let them see fear in your eyes.
Wish you all lived close and could come buy from me.
Food was screwy in all the drama.. more timing and playing catch up on calories...
