What R U Eating Wendesday ? What's Ur Workout?
Yesterday : b - six large shrimp in fat free green curry sauce ( I use powdered milk or ff half n half butter buds and coconut extract instead of coconut milk ) w one and a half cups raw fresh peas
l- one Arby's slider size pastrami and roast beef sandwich on 1/2 roll with mustard . Salad w ff ranch dressing and a bit of coleslaw.
D- 2 fingers red wine . Homemade fat free vegetable lasagna
today b -more lasagna ! It's super good made w ff ricotta , ff mozzarell and tons of veggies (spinach zucchini zoodles tomatoes carrots fresh basil yum)
coffee w ff half n half
l- probably fresh fish soup
d- maybe wine salad maybe baked potato w ff sour cream butter buds and green onion
