Hello all.
Wednesdays are my busy day at work so I don't mind them they zoom me right into the weekend.
I hope to get in the garden after the gym tonight and grab some more of those cucumbers to make pickles with. The last jars I gave to friends and family came out well I guess they all thanked me and said they were delicious.
Accountability was great on liquids exercise and vitamins but maybe a little snacky (Damn blueberry Cheerios why does the box say heart healthy it makes them seem so harmless.) last night. Fortunately the scale was kind @ 144.4.
