Yay for decreased hunger!! It's amazing how much better I feel now that I am not chasing that hungry/dissatisfied feeling all day anymore. Isn't it a miracle??

ahh yes, wednesday...here we are again.

I still haven't had a chance to edit my thrifting video footage from last weekend yet but I am hoping to get it done this week at some point. I hope it doesn't end up being like 45 minutes long...nobody is going to watch that lol.
I found an online course that I am really interested in signing up for, it's a 6 week Personal Stylist course lead by a woman I've followed on social media for a while, and includes everything from tips & tricks on how to dress body types, to color selection, to marketing yourself, how to price services, etc...and I was considering spending the $200 or so that I thought it was going to cost, until I got to the end of the spiel and it is actually $2000...so I am going to give it a hard pass. I am way too poor for this. I was flinching at spending $200 LOL.
I am pretty disappointed...I mean I don't think a college class even costs that much...and at least after a college course you get some kind of certification or diploma!
I am going to need to research this a bit more and see if there are actually courses offered online for this kind of thing that could be comparable...but I really wanted to do this one. bummer.

QOTD: I am with all of you who said LOST. I remember it being super disappointing...I used to host Lost night at my apartment and cook dinner for all my friends...once it was over, we ended up just changing it to Movie night instead. I miss those days...but I digress.
I am way more disappointed when a show I really love gets canceled without any closure at all. that's even worse than a terrible ending.

I've been getting some twinges in my pouch lately when eating raw veggies and some fruits so I am trying to avoid them for a few days...it feels kinda like acid. if it keeps happening I'll call the surgeon's office. I worry about possible ulcers because I drink so much coffee...but I can't seem to give it up:(

Morning: lg thermos of coffee w/4tbsp sf coffeemate
B: 1/2 C cottage cheese, 1hb egg, 1oz black forest ham, ebb seasoning and dill
L: overnight oats: 1/2 C quick oats, 1/2C almond milk, 1/4C vanilla greek l&f yogurt, and 1/4C blueberries w/cinnamon
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: Asian (SF) orange marmalade chicken in the instant pot.
ES: enlightened ice cream bar

We all see your sense of style and it is remarkable. I do not think $2000 will give you any more insight than what you already have. Check into your local community college and see if they offer non credited courses on how to manage a small business. I am sure it will be much more cost effective that what is available on line.

yeah, I doubt that this $2000 course would teach me a whole lot that I don't already know about fashion or styling...I am a trained artist and have a degree in that already which is kind of in the same realm...it's a design/aesthetic point of view. But it's definitely more the business end of things I need help with, as well as feeling confident enough to charge money for services I am offering but have no real credentialing to back it up. I need something I can do at my own pace and on my own time, so I thought online courses would be ideal. I will have to do some more research on this and see if there is something comparable to what this chick was doing...I really love her approach and she's successful in the industry for over a decade so I trust her input, but $2K? nope.

Carrots do that to me - my pouch can't take it. I am fine with mini cucumbers, snow peas, cauliflower...but if I eat carrots I have serious irritation, I don't even try a raw carrot anymore!

I could eat raw veggies fine up til recently and never had a problem with them but they have been bothering me lately. also apples, pears or any really fibrous fruits. pears have actually always gone down kind of rough to be honest, but I have been getting a lot of discomfort with apples the past week or so.
I hope it's nothing and it will go away...I started taking my PPI again and i am going to take it for a couple weeks and see if that helps.

Good morning! It's gonna be warm here today. Blow drying my hair even at 5 am is not fun when its steamy and hot. I am trying to embrace my half straight/half curly hair, but unless I coerce it to all wave or force it straight - it looks scraggly. Then there is my offices the AC is always cranked so high that I have to go outside to thaw! Modern problems aren't really problems are they, haha! I just found out that a coworker brought in enchiladas for everyone today - she is famous for them - they are to die for. I was trying to find an escape when she said she made a few keto for me using cabbage?!!! I'm hopeful once more! Anyone ever used cabbage for the tortilla? I pinned a recipe years ago but never made them.

OMG amazing! It was casserole style w/creamy chile verde chicken and cheese - spicy and awesome! I liked it more than I though I would.
