Good afternoon everyone,
I had a long tiring weekend starting out with estate sales Saturday morning. I found a stand alone full length mirror for $30. Best score all weekend. Then the rest of the weekend was spent cooking cleaning and going to the family picnic. Thankfully there was a nice breeze and was not as humid as expected. I even went out and played a little wiffle ball with the kids. Something I never would have done 2 years ago and I Think they didn't mind this old lady playing.
QOTD: Jesus Christ Super Star. I know it is old but so am I.
Accountability: I was good with vitamins and hydration over the weekend but I did't plan a menu and I guess I got a little carried away at the picnic. Baked beans and maybe a few bites of dessert but I'll get the 1 lbs gain off quickly.

HEY EVERYONE!
I am here...I made it...I haven't read everyone's posts yet but I'll try and get back to do that this afternoon...it's been a crazy Monday as usual.
Thank you to everyone who watched the video i posted on friday, I just got a chance to see your comments on my post here this morning and I appreciate your kind words and encouragement. I am hoping these kinds of videos will be helpful to others in the WLS community at some point too...if they ever find them ha.
my weekend was awesome and relaxing...we spent Saturday morning at the Beach (after I finished the grocery shopping) and cooled off in the water since it was like 100 degrees...I definitely got some more color on my pasty legs though, so bonus!
Sunday DH and I spent a few hours thrift shopping while my parents watched Story for us...it was a lot of fun. we filmed a lot of it and made a challenge to find clothes/outfits for each other to try on. it was a good day but exhausting!
I think in the future I will try filming different parts on different days so I dont feel so rushed to fini**** all. I was dead tired when I finally hit the pillow around 10pm and slept like the dead til 6 when my alarm went off!
Good news though, Scale said 148 this morning!! I am only 1lb away from "Normal BMI" status! I know this is kind of BS and dependent upon individual body composition, etc. but I can't help but want to see that number.
I am sure I have at least 15lbs of excess skin so I am probably already within an actual normal healthy weight range for my height/mass, etc...but still. I may be able to see 147 before the week is through as long as I keep my snacking in check--it was surprisingly easy over the weekend with all the activities we were doing.
QOTD: My favorite movies are mostly John Hughes movies--16 candles, some kind of wonderful, pretty in pink, breakfast club, etc...classics that remind me of my youth lol...all the Star Wars movies, any Marvel movies... I also love disney movies and songs so we listen to the disney playlist on amazon a lot.
Morning: 2 large mugs of coffee w/4tbsp sugar free coffeemate creamer
B: 1/2C cottage cheese, 1 HB egg, 2oz blackforest ham and ebb seasoning
L: leftover stuffed flounder (half piece was left), 2oz chicken salad made w/light miracle whip w/celery sticks
AS: L&F greek yogurt
D: turkey sausage "egg roll in a bowl"
ES: probably enlightened ice cream bar or cheese & turkey meat sticks depending if I am craving sweet or savory
Have a fabulous monday friends!
