Good morning! Hope everyone had a great weekend and looking forward to a wonderful week.
qotd - I have been rotating through Six, Hamilton, Greatest Showman and Wicked lately. I love a good soundtrack! (Six is a fun musical about the 6 wives of Henry VIII...it's so high energy!).
Menu today is coffee and tea followed by
3 oz ever roast chicken and 1 oz hatch green Chile cheese (I made a TJs run just for this after seeing it on DCgirl's menu)
cin raisin cottage cheese
3 oz deli turkey, .9 oz provolone
light and fit greek

Good morning everyone! I am so happy I slept through the night last night!! I went to bed at 10pm and made it to 6:30. Sleep is such a glorious thing!!
My husband is coming home today, actually tonight around midnight. I am happy. He has only been gone since Thursday. Looking back, I don't know how I did it when he deployed 3 times for 9 months at a time.
Food has been on point and I feel so good. I have great energy. I have also started taking Maca root. My Gyn suggested it for hormonal support. Its is also supposed to help with energy, libido and PMS. We shall see. My only other option for my PMS from hell is antidepressants or birth control pills. I would really like to avoid both.
QOTD- Beaches! I love the soundtrack and the movie. Also, Pretty Woman.
Menu for today is the same as yesterday, because it was so good. I didn't feel hungry all day.
2 cups black coffee
2 medium eggs scrambled with parm cheese
1 cauli wrap, 2 oz pesto parm ham, 1 light swiss, 1 medium egg
Just 2 yogurt
grilled halibut with 1 T. ****tail sauce
chomps if needed. ( Have you ever microwaved your chomps?? I did the other day and its really good. 10 seconds. )
Lots of water, goal is 150 and vitamins always.
