It took a while, but I figured it out!! Do a print screen of your food diary first, then paste into paint, crop/resize and save as a jpeg. Then upload as a regular photo. Hopefully that helps!

hi!
I also have been frustrated with regain. ive had to lower my calories and up cardio the scale is still not budging yet. yes I'm not being patient but I'm so annoyed.
QOTD: the overeating for sure. I ate very little, had a little 'flip' sensation then was done. now my mind almost gets mad like you deserve more, keep eating or something in my head says, you are not satisfied yet. its hard to disconnect that.
food plan today:
coffee
water
protein pancakes
salmon/kohlrabi riced veg (green giant)
unsure of the rest
GYM later: cardio and weights
I hear you, Hilary. Boy, do I hear you. I also still weirdly associate quantity with being satiated. I guess it's a hard thing to break. But now that I am 5.5 years out, my pouch can definitely hold more food and it's not like 2 ounces of food fills me up. There are days I feel like to an outsider I would look like a normal person when I eat. Ahhhh, how I miss the honeymoon period...
My doctor has a fancy scale. Costs thousands of dollars and after almost 5 years, its reading are consistent for me.
I have been very active and eating well. The scale calculated my BMR (basal met rate) at 1343 calories a day. (This is the same as I calculated for myself when I was on a conventional diet at a University - 1350cal).
I was bummed to see that it was still the same low number, but I understand why an extra bite at eat meal leads to weigh gain.
The honeymoon phase is long gone, and I now need to plan more and stick to the plan.
Sharon
Ain't that the truth! Just a few bites here and there...
Erin posted something once that shocked me. Her aunt and uncle were visiting her for the weekend and she bought a Coffeemate powdered creamer canister. Three days later, it was gone. That sucker had like 60 servings in it, and she realized that they had eaten something like 3,400 calories in CREAMER alone. I realized that I was falling into that trap too - having Kris' hazelnut creamer, not weighing cheese but eye-balling it instead. Vigilance is a must! As much as I wish I could just be normal and eat sensible portions, that's not how I naturally roll...
