What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Your blue kitty reminded me of something I had forgotten for a million years! When I was really little we didn't have any money, and when I had just turned 2, I wanted to be a cat for Halloween. I needed a leotard but the only one I had was navy blue, so I wore that and told everyone I was a "blue kitty". Haha, I had completely forgotten about that!

Good morning! I love those kind of memes - too funny! Well this week is going great so far. I actually feel better! Keto for the win and JB, I'm totally obsessed also!! Yesterdays therapy appt was interesting. About 15 minutes in, I felt done and there was a really long pause. Then she asked me a question that opened up a whole can of worms from my childhood and shaping the person I am today including the choices I make and why. I really enjoyed connecting these dots but I think I'm done. When I left I did not reschedule... I need someone w/experience or willing to work with me on the food issues and not just recommend WW. There is my next quest!
QOTD - I have NEVER named a pet, ever! They have come with names, or I've let DS choose. But I have always had a pet name list in my head! For a boy cat I have always loved Louis, but I think you have to see their face to really choose.

Accountability was horrible yesterday I couldn't stop grazing in the evening. But it wasn't as bad as I feared I ended up at 1113 calories, 86P, 18F & 153C. I thought my calories were much higher. Goes to show that I need to make sure I log everything. Weight was up due to way too much sodium so I will sip, sip, sip my water today and hopefully be down tomorrow. As little as I've been eating I know it's only water retention.
Busy day today, I was out in the field for about 3 hours and forgot to take my water. I'll try to get all of it in this evening.
Our LAN has been going up and down today, so I've not been very productive.
I need to mow my lawn, but I think it's going to rain before I get home, so it'll have to wait.
QOTD- One funny story pet name. I took one of my cats to the vet and they had a kitten that they had to eye dropper feed because he was taken away from his mother way too soon. He was so cute gray with a little mustache. They called him Winston, but he never looked liked a Winston to me. When I brought him home my ex-husband said he looked like a little rat, so he ended up being named Rodent. Every time I took him to the vet they wondered what they would get and they were always surprised he was a cat. My only truly original pet name, most of the others were already named.
Have a great day everyone!

3 lbs is a happy thing. You are successful in maintenance because you get on it!
No sugar since fruit filled goth wedding cake. No peanut butter.
I'm having really good cold brew coffee. I'm having ham,Greek yogurt with blueberries, and a bowl of whatever is cooking on the stove.
I love my dog Lucy. I did not name her.
