What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

I saw this online and it made me laugh.
Holy crap, you guys! Not trying to brag or anything, but weight is just falling off me right now. I've lost 3lbs this week! I'm basically obsessed with Keto right now. I am sure it will start slowing way down, soon, but this week has been fun.
Accountability:100% with food and swam for about 40 minutes but that was it. I was super tired after my beach day and took a nap instead of biking.
QOTD: How did you decide to name your pets (current or past)? My two kitties are brothers, named after the BFFs in The Princess Bride: Fezzik and Inigo. The characters fit their personalities, perfectly.
Exercise: Back at it at the gym today. 3.5 mile run.

Yay for you! Three pounds is awesome. I need to research Keto and decide how to make it work for me. It may help to get the last 9 pounds off.
The colonoscopy is done and it was clean so I don't have to have another one for 10 years. Maybe I am just a wimp but the entire process was just awful. I am finally feeling human this morning.
This afternoon is DH's follow up with the orthopedist to see if his bicep muscle is detached. If it is we will schedule surgery.
TSS is one year and 6 months/weight 154

MS: soft boiled egg
L: Ever roast chicken and sliced tomato

Good morning menu friends and thanks for starting us off today JB! Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do 2 more at some point today. QOTD the cats were already named by their previous owner. Lily became Lily because she has a white stripe on her head like Harry Pootter's scar. Since she was a girl we couldn't name her Harry so we named her Harry's mom's name--Lily. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 122.4. Here's the food plan B2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L tuna packet with relish and mayo D 4 oz burger with cheese and no bun S sm apple with 1 T peanut butter. Have a great day full of smart choices everyone! Pics from walk thisam.
Aaaaw, now I love Lily even more.

Mornin' All!
well after a day off yesterday, it sounds like they're working on my porch again today. I've heard noises out there since 7:00 am!
this morning I have to take my MIL's car over to her new apt. She had it shipped here from New Jersey (she's moving here this weekend). It wasn't supposed to arrive until today, so I was surprised when the guy rang the doorbell at 9:00 pm last night (and even more surprised that I answered it - given I normally don't unless I'm expecting someone - esp at night!). I had my phone ringer turned off (he said he'd tried to call beforehand) - I must have turned it off before class yesterday morning and forgot to turn it back on. Whoops! Anyway, it's here - and I'll take it over to her new place so it's not in my way. Between that and the workers' dumpster that's parked at the end of the driveway, getting my car in and out of the garage would be like running an obstacle course!
Nothing else on the agenda today since I'd kept my schedule clear because of this car - I didn't know when it would be delivered - but now, I'm free! I'll check the yoga studio and my gym for class options.
QOTD: four of my cats have Turkish names (Minik, Aytekin, Pamuk, and Kardelen) because three of the four are purebred Turkish Vans, and one (Pamuk) looks like he might be a Turkish Van mix. The fifth cat, Anubis, is also a purebred Turkish Van, but he is named after an ancient Egyptian deity. Reason being is that's what his breeder named him (he was also a show cat), because she always names her kittens after deities (not all Egyptian, though). I was wanting to change it to something Turkish, too, but DH really liked the name Anubis, so we kept it.
accountability wasn't the greatest yesterday because of the Indian buffet lunch, but my weight was down this morning. Planning to stay on plan for the rest of the week...
4 years 1 months out:
B: protein pancakes topped with 1/3 C plain Greek yogurt, diced peach, 12 raspberries, and SF cinnamon syrup, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: turkey taco meat with lettuce, tomato, salsa, and plain Greek yogurt
AS: light yogurt and/or veggies dipped in ranch Greek yogurt - or maybe a frozen protein shake
D: pulled pork or pulled beef and vegetables
have a great day, everyone!
