Back at work again today as I always express I used all my vacation and sick time when I had surgery back in February and I do not get more PTO till October. Come on October!!! The fellow I back up when he is not here will be out Thursday and Friday so hopefully I will be so busy the time will fly.

This weekend is my big family picnic that I talked about that has been going on for over 100 years. I am trying to decide what I will bring that will be yummy to all and healthy to me.

Accountability: Spot on with Liquids and vitamins going to the gym tonight for a half hour of elliptical.

QOTD: Many, Chicken pox. back surgery hernia surgery busted my head open twice needed stitches Knee scars from drunk falling (no regrets) Kinda miss those crazy days.
