Consider a foot stand too - I have two - one that tilts/tips (which is handy if you go between flats/heels) and one that it really like a squishy foam roller--you can move your feet/ankles around a lot more using it.

Jinx--I was about to suggest the same thing. I absolutely need a foot stand if I am sitting for too long, no matter how good the chair is. #shortgirlproblems

Good morning~It's MONDAY ya'll! The first day of IF/keto. So far I've failed at unsweetened coffee... I thought I could go cold turkey but it was shockingly nasty...so I will have to wean instead. Anyway - I'm ready and excited! I was planning on the gym this week now that my hips and back are feeling better, but I pulled my shoulder yesterday and my upper back this morning getting laundry out of the dryer (really?). It hurts to cough or breath deep. I think I will stick to yoga this week and start back to swimming next week. Sounds less painful!
QOTD - My NSV would be simply blending in - not standing out for being SMO. Nothing to see here! The worry that came with that on the daily was overwhelming. I no longer give it any thought.
Accountability - just no, pretty bad. I'm disappointed that I used this weekend to indulge, there is no excuse for this.
TSS - 2 years, 7 months - 184.3 today
Keto Goal - 700 cal (35% protein/60% fat/5%carbs)
IF - window 11-7 (16:8 for now - I plan on narrowing my window if all goes well)
b- coffee x 3 w/tiny splash of HC, and splenda - will wean off...
l-chicken breast, sunflower seeds, salad mix, balsamic vinaigrette
d-chicken breast, sharp cheddar, hot sauce
snack - smoked almonds
695 cals (58/47/12)

When I switched from sweetened coffee to unsweetened, I picked up flavored coffees as the first step. Amazon had just about every flavor possible.

Good idea! I threw in some cinnamon and vanilla extract and it was better, but I still added splenda! Tomorrow I will add less, then less the next day.... Do you use any cream?

I will never have unsweetened coffee. I have tried liquid stevia and erythritol. Both are just MEH for me, but better than no sweetener at all. But ultimately I gave up on them.
My sucralose is currently the only non-Keto thing in my diet right now, but you can pry it from my cold dead hands... Don't mess with my coffee.

OMG!
I'm not sure I'm gonna make it, but I'm gonna try. There is a girl I work with that is doing IF and went to black and says it was easy. Another girl I work with says she can take or leave sweet coffee and goes back and forth??
