What's on your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Hi everyone,
My weekend was very busy. Swimming, shopping, food prep, cooking, a friend's birthday party, more swimming on Sunday and more cooking. I'm making a huge pot of chili with all of my left over grilled meats that I throw in the freezer and shared with father and co-workers.
QOTD: Other than increasing my swimming laps, I've got nuthin! I've been at a stand still for so long it's not funny. I haven't lost anything in 8 months. On the positive side, I haven't gained any weight.

B: 1 egg, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice cheese, 1/2 orange
L: 4 oz turkey breast
S: 3oz turkey breast
D: 4 1/2 oz grilled skinless chick thigh, 1/2 C broccoli rabe

Having a bad mental health day. It doesn't help that my whole body hurts. I think it's stemming from my fall Tuesday morning. It also doesn't help my stomach is feeling all torn up. I'm tired from not sleeping well.
Anyway...life doesn't stop when you feel like crap so on it goes.
