Good morning! Awesome keto day, Julia! I start tomorrow, can't wait! MMA is brutal, I can'****ch so big props to you for supporting him there! Today I'm finishing up my keto/IF plan. It's tougher than I thought. For IF in particular - I mean coffee is soooooo important to me and while I can get by with the small amount of heavy cream, the splenda has to go due to the effects on insulin release which effect the fast. They say you get used to it after a week, but I love my coffee sweet ;( If I can't do it, then it's keto all the way - that i can do but I know I will have to play with the numbers to find the sweet spot. Game on!! My son landed a great job and he is soooo happy! We are going to su****o celebrate and then seeing Spiderman.
QOTD - My heart is singer/songwriters/folk and Ingrid is one of my favorites. I kinda live in the 70's mostly - I like all of it -pop, rock, disco, R&B my playlist are total nostalgia. James Taylor is my all time favorite.
Accountability - not good
TSS 2 years, 7 months
b- coffee x 3 w/ hc and splenda, eggs and canadian bacon
l- sushi with the kiddo
D- BBQ chicken breast, small salad w/ ranch
es- jello with cream
Have a great day
ETA - my menu since I accidentally submitted too soon!

Amy, we had James Taylor play at our Partner's meeting one year. The last night of each year's meeting we have a black tie dinner event to honor our retiring partners and celebrate the newly promoted ones and for entertainment that year we had James Taylor. He played on the stage to a conference room full of accountants in tuxedos and evening dress.

Awesome! He plays every year on (or about) July 4th at Tanglewood. I have friends that go every year and I'm so jealous! One of these years I'll get out there, hopefully before it's too late!

Good Sunday morning everyone.
I've been feeling pretty icky all night. Feeling a bit better now though. Backside is still bothering me but nothing new there.
QOTD:hard rock to metal. It really depends on my mood though. I listen to a bit of everything really. Country, pop, hip hop but mostly hard rock. Slipknot is my fav band then Green Day(the only concert i've been to!)
going to try and take it easy with food as i'm Petty sure it was the chicken yesterday that made me feel so rotten.
b:PP shake
s:slice of cheese
l:soup
s:PP shake
d:maybe tilapia

Did your surgeon progress you to solid foods yet? I can't imagine eating chicken this early. The closest I'd come to a solid protein at that point is maybe tuna mixed with cottage cheese... And teeeeeeeny bites.
