What's on your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
I did really well yesterday, I had 748 calories, 63 protein, 14 fat and 101 carbs. The carbs were high because those darn gummy bears snuck in for my evening snack. I was going to walk after work but it started raining, so I did 45 mins on the Dreadmill instead and made my 10000+ steps. Weight was 1.7 lbs above my lowest weight so not too bad. I should be able to get back down there soon and continue to my goal.
It's overcast and humid today, we should have more rain. Not great but good for the garden.
I will attempt to make more good choices today.
