Good morning. JB, go to the new would be my recco. You often don't get those chances in life -either offered or accepted. Go adventurous!!
I'm bouncing around trying to lock down my food plan. Thankfully weight holding steady, but the honeymoon will end soon. I'm finding that snacking is p'ing me off. I think I like that, so I build disdain for doing it. That is what I need and it works for me at work. I never touch the treats at work due to disdain. I always remember the image of my sneaking more than my share and all the overweight folks passing up the good food and loading their plates with cakes cookies..... I just need to build that feeling at home (since I can't really get all the snacky stuff out of the house - though it is in places I can avoid easily). I'll do it. The good news regarding NSVs - I'm in 32/34 slacks (mostly 32).
Just working core today and tomorrow due to a quad strain. QOTD - my Sled. It was the best sled. You could cut almost 90 degrees in under 2 seconds. I finally crushed it doing mogle jumps on it. Sad day.
No PWO as I took off this morning
B 2 eggs, sausage, salsa, small apple (NUT has me good carb balancing my protein now). Giving that a try.
L Small salad, 3.5 oz chicken, 1 oz cheese, small apple
S Fage yogurt, nuts
D Protein Beef Enchilada (Real food brand), frozen mango - cup
S - trying to eliminate all late night snacking after dinner
Do core workout tonight and arm toning
HW 510 / SW 424/ GW 175 (stretch goal to get 10 under) / CW 160 (I'm near the charts ideal weight - wonder if I can stay here)
RNY November 2016

Good Morning! Spent all day dealing with computer issues yesterday so today I have to catch up on emails and stuff in addition to calls and meetings galore.
Accountability: I ate ALL THE SNACKS last night. Argh- today will be better.
QOTD: Not really a toy but I loved my tree swing. It was one of the round ones with the rope through the middle- always spent hours on that thing. I would wear out the rope which meant I'd come crashing to the ground- lol!

Good morning! So happy to hear you have job choices JB! After all you've been through the stable/boring job sounds great, but adventurous sounds exciting!! I have a dentist appt this morning so I'm gonna fly through this cuz I gotta go soon. No gym last night. My back is better but both hips are still sore and off. I'm stretching and icing but I'm just not confident I won't make it worse right now. I am going to take the rest of the week off and re evaluate on Monday. This just may be my new normal, we'll see. I ordered 5 books yesterday including the ones Sheila recommended and I should get them today. I went crazy on Pinterest for keto and IF too, I'm feeling pretty good about what I've learned so far - I'm excited!!
QOTD - I LOVED my Fisher Price little people. I was the youngest of 6 so we had a big collection - the farm, house, garage, school, bus... I would play for hours!

Oh! I forgot about my Fisher Price Little People! I also had the Sesame Street set and a little Sesame Street brownstone apartment building that opened up and had everyone's apartments. I loved that thing!
