Thanks - I will check those out! Yes, I did notice your breakfast was just coffee - what are your hours? Do you use any milk/cream? I think I could do that, but I thought creamer breaks the fast and I can't drink it black.

I used cream anyway! I can't stand black coffee! Dr Fung says if using a little creamer in your coffee makes you keep your fast, do it.
I did 16:8 or 18:6. For me the trick was to close my window early enough in the evening to have 3-4 hours before I went to bed. I noticed that made a big difference to lose the stubborn lbs. So I would eat between noon and 6:00 pm and then skip the breakfast the morning after. Or if I were hungry I would open window at 10:00 am and have a snack. But always closing it at 6:00 pm.

I finally got on here even though I been up for hours, friend needed to go grocery shopping and I had things to do around home.
Qotd by the water which I get to do in a couple weeks when I go on vacation. We have a place on the beach for 5 days.
B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese
L tuna and cottage cheese
S depends on what they have at snack time
D hamburger and baked beans

good morning and happy Monday. Well my day started with me leaving my homemade latte at home. It's in my Swell bottle so it will actually still be hot when I get home. I may have to turn it into an iced latte for an early evening snack. Fortunately, caffeine doesn't really affect me, so I should have no problem if I drink it when I get home.
My plan:
B: 2 eggs, scrambled, 1 oz goat cheese
L: 4 oz ground turkey, 1/4 c cauliflower rice and .5 oz feta
D: No idea. I have steak and if I get home early enough to grill, then that. Otherwise I have leftover chicken
S: Homemade latte, 10 cherries and if I go to the gym, a yogurt
