I was thinking keto may help me feel more satisfied with the higher fat. I'm going to do more research first. I would keep the carbs super low still, but be more liberal with fat calories.

I'm looking into this too. I'm actually headed to the library today.

Good luck! I wish there was a go-to authority for keto but if there is, I am not familiar. I'm starting from scratch - I know just enough to be dangerous!

I don'****ch fat at all and my carbs are higher than most but if I stick to my plan I'm ok. It's when I binge and eat when I'm not even hungry and then end up uncomfortably full. I found a recipe on Pinterest that is mixing 1 1/2-2 TBS coconut flour and 2-3 TBS any kind of milk to a container of yogurt. I'm going to try that and freeze it for a bit and see how it is. Supposed to help with digestion issues as well as balancing blood sugar and apparently it's filling. I can't IF because of my blood sugar issues.

I don't know if I'm bored or falling back into old habits, but my resolve is shot and I need a change. I've gone back and forth with cutting out fat out to lower overall calories. Like using eggbeaters - I love them but they don't keep me satiated like whole eggs do and I believe the difference is fat. I know very little about IF, so I have some reading to do!

Let me know how the yogurt turns out!

I think we have to change things up once in awhile. The oatmeal I've added for breakfast here and there is really filling and offers a bit of change from my day to day breakfast.

ETA: I'll keep ya posted on the yogurt.

So I tried the yogurt. I used lemon carbmaster yogurt- I used 2T flour and 3T almond milk and froze for about two hours (had to soften it a little). Very filling and I liked it- some may not like the texture but I don't mind coconut flour texture.
