Whats on your Monday menu RNYers?
Doing better each and every day, still not sleeping as well as I could but it's better. Took the dogs to a Nosework Class yesterday and got a ton of homework to practice! All my dogs love doing Nosework, it's so much fun for them and us! I'm running the two Corgis and my husband is working the younger of our two Chihuahuas... the older one does it for fun at home, he's 14 and doesn't really want to go to classes.
QOTD: Well, it depends what state I'm in... When I lived in SoCa taking my dogs to Dog Beach to walk along the coast line while they ran and played. Then going home after hosing them off to relax and grill dinner and watch Netflix. When in NoCa it would be basically the same thing except we'd go to Tilden park to walk. Now that I live in MO, it would be an easy hike or walk in Tower Grove Park, home to grill and curling up on the couch with the hubby to watch Netflix.

Fort Bragg for 1 year and my family is from Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hills areas. I still go as often as possible but pretty much ran away to SF every chance I got during my late teens/early 20's... I love NoCa and miss it a ton! going out again this October for another visit! Trying to move there as well...

Morning all! Been at my desk working since 6, but it's been crazy, including some "disappearing" emails! I have reminder notes about them, but they are nowhere to be found...argh!
I ended up having most of last week off between unplanned sick days with a horrible migraine and planned days off with the holiday and vacay. I really needed that time to reset and it's a real reminder that I need to plan in time off. I ended up doing alot of house cleaning on Saturday because it was too hot & humid to be outside and then Sunday was cooler and I spent 7 hours doing yard/garden work and more inside cleaning. All resulted in sunburn, very tired muscles but a lovely yard & house. I ended up with 23,000 steps on my FitBit yesterday, which doesn't count all the heavy lifting.... Today is POURING outside with flooding. I'm hoping that my new plants haven't washed away and will enjoy the deep watering.
In brief home news, DW has been accepted as a new patient with a specialist program. Not yet sure when it will start, how long it will last (6-8 wks), and lots of other details, but after a year of few answers, I am trying to be hopeful.
QOTD: I used to dread summer because of the heat but now I don't mind it as much and can enjoy being outside. We have LOTS of humidity here in MD and that does still bother me, so I can't always get out when I want to. I love hiking in the mountains, taking a run in the park or just soaking up the sunshine when I can.
Accountability: not ideal but weight is back below 120 again. Not sure how much my heavy weight lifting over the last few months has changed my body composition.

Good morning~ I'm grateful for a new week and new start. Researching Keto and IF - I need a change and a new focus cuz I'm failing at this. I just can't get it together and then KEEP it together anymore. WTH? I'm worried, frustrated and scared. Not giving up. I need to find a therapist that specializes in eating disorders.
