I just donated most of my dad's woodworking books. I should have sent them to Grim!!

Hi everyone!
QOTD:I have a collection of Hess trucks and maybe few BBQ and grilling books. LOL!
Accountability: I had normal menu for the day but that got stopped in it's tracks. I had an appointment to have new tires put on my truck this morning at 7:30am and I did not get out of there until 12:45pm so I did not have my planned breakfast. It was only supposed to take 1 1/2hrs then I was supposed to be going to grab 2 Dunkin turkey sausage patties but that didn't happen. Luckily I had an emergency beef jerky strip that I always keep in my truck, then I had a bunch errands to run. Once I got home had some turkey breast.
B: Beef jerky strip
L: 3 oz turkey breast
D: 2 buffalo tuna packs, 2C romaine lettuce, slices romaine tomato, 1/2C broccoli rabe
S: ostrim meat stick
Here's what I had planned on MFP but haven't eaten nearly what was on my menu.
Cals:538, Carbs:14, Protein:98
Not a lot of cals but a good amount of protein!
Enjoy the rest of your evening everybody!!

It's late, so I don't know if anyone will read this or not. I posted a couple days ago, or attempted to, but OH are my post and I didn't have time to write a new one. But I'm alive and well, just making a conscious decision to "disconnect" and be offline more and be more mindful of life outside of my phone and computer. I've had quite a bit of negativity in June, but I feel so much better this way.
Weight is once again creeping downward after going off track for a while, but so much more slowly than I'd like. Patience, though, right? At least it's moving.
My 4th was fun as always, acting like hooligans with my cousins. Photo below is of us all lighting sparklers at the firepit
qotd: books! New books and I also love finding cool dedications hand-written inside secondhand books. One of my favorites was written by a mother to her daughter in a book about gardening. It says "Gardens, like people, take a long time to grow."
breakfast: coffee with premier
lunch: leftover boneless pork rib and green beans
dinner: sharing a steak with DH, maybe a salad with that.

Thanks! I need to make more of an effort to post here in the mornings. I'm doing ok again with getting back on track, but I need the accountability, and I miss y'all!
