I have heard they might be doing a remake and I am not on board with that! It's my "anytime it's on, I must stop and watch it movie".

Good afternoon everyone.
i'm tired Today and apparently look tired. Everyone that sees me feels the need to tell me that. I felt it coming but had a good cry last night, something that I rarely do. It was a release of sorts.
My legs are sore today, I forgot the last step on the stairs and landed kind of hard on my legs, at least I didn't fall down to boot. So i'm taking a day off of exercise.
QOTD:movies i'd recommend. I'm a huge fanatic of early space flight so Apollo 13. The Return of the King is my favorite of the Lord of the Rings movie. Another fav is Shining Through. Saving Private Ryan & Schindler's list are among those I think younger generations should be required to see.

Hope everyone is enjoying their 4th of July.... it's raining here on the west coast of Florida, so we had to bring our fun inside. That's ok.
Menu for the 4th:
Breakfast: Premier Protein shake - vanilla
Snack: small cup of Greek fat free yogurt
Lunch: Shrimp skewer
Snack: 1/4 cup of bean salad
Dinner: Shrimp skewer (because the lunch skewer went down so well)
And of course, plenty of water, and a small glass of iced tea with lemon and Stevia.
Hoping we can see the fireworks tonight! Have a safe and fun day everyone!
