I can always rely on your post for my daily LOL. I literally snorted my coffee.

You would be a 6 foot elf and that image puts a grin on my face.

I am a huge fan of the Costco egg bites. I find that while I can eat two of the Starbucks version (caveat, at Sbux I eat the roasted pepper variety) I'm pretty much tapped out after one of the Costco versions. I just cut the tray in half and cook one at a time. Hope you like them!

I was sad those egg bites weren't better. Hot sauce helped.

My mantra is I never have to move again.

The Costco egg bites are AMAZING. But I went back to get more this week and couldn't find them, so I am not sure if they are a permanent thing.

Mornin' Everyone!

Nothing formal on the agenda today, so I'm going to focus on finding furniture for our new porch. It should be done in a couple of weeks tops, and it'd be nice to actually use the thing rather than just stand out there admiring the floor and ceiling. It's three season so we're not really restricted to outdoor furniture, but I'm still thinking a wicker sofa and wooden porch rockers. And of course some colorful sofa pillows and a colorful rug. Although a nice, comfy looking "slouch couch" in off-white would be appealing to sit on, too. We'll see what I can find...

accountability, other than Monday (Chicago), has been OK but not great, but my weight is up too far this morning. Must be sodium. Lots of fluids today! Plus a huge effort to stay closer to 1500 kcal.

QOTD: I'll probably be doing the same thing I'm doing now - active in clubs, taking non-credit classes, going to the yoga studio or gym most days (although I haven't gotten back to this last one yet due to PS - working on it, though - once these bad spots are completely healed, I'll be able to do everything again. But I can do a fair amount of things right now...)

4 years 1 month out today:

B: protein pancakes topped with plain Greek yogurt, SF syrup, and either a chopped peach or 1/2 mango, coffee with half & half

MS: frozen protein shake

L: deli turkey slices or a salad with diced chicken breast and light balsamic vinaigrette

AS: light yogurt and/or raw veggies dipped in ranch Greek yogurt

D: sushi night. OK - more sodium...yikes.

ES: oddly, I haven't snacked in the evening for a long time (late afternoon seems to be my worst time now), but I have a pitcher of "skinny" cold matcha latte in the fridge (made with unsweetened cashew milk and just a splash of half & half), so that if needed...

ex: it's going to be another scorcher today, so sometime indoors. Maybe a yoga class or the stationary bike at the gym
