What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
it might be related to lower blood pressure but it's usually pretty normal...hovers around 100/60 or so...I didn't start feeling woozy or nauseous until I was dressing the wound...I know it was a response to the cut itself. just weird because I don't usually get that squeamish, but I guess I did this time. it was a pretty deep cut and I was trying to hold it together so I didn't bleed everywhere but once i had it bandaged I think I lost it.

Morning everyone - So nice to see you here JB! I think I'm having an allergic reaction to something and I can't for the life of me figure out what it is...Day 2 of wanting to scratch my skin off especially on my face. I'm trying to keep my hair away and it's just not pretty, I've got blotchy red skin and my hair pulled back - I've got tired eyes and I look like I just rolled out bed from a bender! So happy my boss is on vacation and I don't have any important meetings. This morning I have an informal work meeting, a therapy appt then a potluck for a staffer who is leaving so the day should go by fast. Then we are going to the gym - I wonder if there is something there that is irritating my skin? Lovely though.
QOTD - Golf is fun, haven't gone for some time. Rob goes every few weeks to hit a bucket of balls. I haven't done any new activities lately but kayaking is on top of the list.
Accountability -had some tortilla chips and licorice, WTH?

That is what I was thinking. I am gonna take an allergy pill and put cortisone on before I go tonight. Probably bring a towel so I don't touch my face.

I went to PT again yesterday and the vertigo seems to have calmed down a bit. I slept like a log, a combination of meclizine and lunesta and I really didn't want to get up this morning. I'm hoping to be able to start working out again, if the vertigo stays minimal.
I'm working all week, too much to do and not enough time. Plus I can't afford to lose the pay. Need more caffeine so I can focus.
Have a great day everyone!

I suffer from terrible vertigo every now and then, and I can always cure it myself with doing the Epely Method at home. If you haven't googled the videos, try it! It is a life saver for me!
