Yo! Where is everybody!? Despite it being my second day of unemployment, I still woke up super early, so I thought I would get us started.
Accountability: Well, I didn't actually make a menu, so I didn't deviate from it, but that is just a technicality. I made lots of bad choices...
QOTD: What is the newest activity you have tried? Grim and I have started learning to golf! I am still at the driving range stage of things and haven't actually played a round, yet, but I am enjoying it and want to spend a lot of time playing this summer.
Today's menu. Yes, I already ate a handful of potato chips... sigh...

Aww, I had a toad that I collected from a pond when I was about 4 years old. I named her Susan :)

hey! I'm here. a quick one for me. I'm remote tomm and Friday so a looong weekend.
my weight dropped 1.2 pounds overnight so yippie for that- its still high BUT I haven't been having binge episodes so that is a real plus.
food today will be by ear- I bought shredded pork but boss is making Asian noodles, hopefully there are veggies and meat involved I can pick around noodles. also brought HB egg whites and green beans.
have not had any water yet just coffee so need to start on that.
QOTD: hmm can't think of anything except i'm upping my cardio the last couple weeks or so since I'm sitting ALLLL day at a desk...

Good morning! Well, it's not even 630 here and I've already considered hanging up on the all day workshop I'm virtually participating in. It's going to be a long Tuesday!
QOTD - I tried the paddleboarding over the weekend which was cool -- but I have been taking new and different pilates classes vs sticking to my "usual"; the newest one I did was a FIT class which is like a pilates meets tabata class; on Saturday, I'm trying a Pilates TRX class.
Accountability - fluid check, exercise check, I added a scoop of pistachio lovers mix which kept me ok on calories because I was low in my plan but I'm really trying to stick to planned food and under 30 carbs so black mark there.
Menu today
B - 4 oz deli everroast chicken
L - 4 oz deli ever roast chicken, .8 oz slice cheddar
D - Real Good Food Jalapeño poppers
S - half and half in my coffee; L&F greek; built bar

Good morning everybody! Julia, we had a Lord of the Rings marathon at our house last weekend and now I know what second breakfast and elevensies is. I need to stick to the Smeigol meal plan of just fish and rabbit though.
I had a very nice lunch with Trish yesterday, I think that she will have pictures when she posts later today. We went to Little Goat which is one of Stephanie Izzard's restaurants. I ordered an omlette with ham and pimento cheese in it. That sounds healthy, except that had biscuits crumbled on top of it. In theory, one could brush those crumbled biscuits aside. That's what Smeigol would do.
QOTD: I am trying to learn to fly fish. I am at the point where I can catch fish if guided but have not been able to catch a fish on my own yet. So that is one of my goals.
Breakfast: Turkey meatballs and cottage cheese
Snack: Protein bar
Lunch: Chicken
Snack: Jerky
Dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

So glad that you got to have lunch with Trish! I'm jealous!
Also curious about what meatballs you eat. I've gotten some from Trader Joe's but the regular ones are pretty high in everything and I didn't really like the turkey ones...
